Revista española de drogodependencias

The Revista Española de Drogodependencias (RED), ISSN: 0213-7615 (print version) and ISSN: 2341-1759 (online version), a publication edited by the Asociación Española de Estudio en Drogodependencias (AESED), is an essential tool for anyone interested in drugs and addictions.

  • It is aimed at Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Doctors, Nurses, Social Workers, Social Educators, Teachers, Pharmacists, Lawyers, Sociologists, Criminologists, Security Forces and anyone interested.

  • The most extensive scientific research. The Revista Española de Drogodependencias gathers research from all fields and sectors related to the subject of drug addictions and addictions.
  • More than 49 years of experience. The Revista Española de Drogodependencias is the first journal in Spanish dedicated to drug addictions and addictions, and its editorial collection is open to all those interested.     

The language in which authors can collaborate with their manuscripts will be Spanish and English. In this sense, in order to promote the international dissemination of the articles in the Revista Española de Drogodependencias, once the articles have been accepted in Spanish, authors will be asked to send their articles in both Spanish and English.

The Revista Española de Drogodependencias is a free open access journal: all published articles are available for online consultation, downloading and reuse under the terms of the Creative Commons CC BY-ND 4.0 licence from the moment of publication. It is also free of article processing charges (APC), i.e. the publication of articles is free of charge for the authors.

The Revista Española de Drogodependencias has obtained the renewal of the Quality Seal for Spanish Scientific Journals in 2024, awarded by the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT) in recognition of the editorial and scientific quality of the journals.

Along with the Quality Seal, the journal has also managed to renew the mention of Good Editorial Practices in Gender Equality.
