abstract
This work aims to outline some ideas regarding the situation of drug addicts and the\r\nability to make a will, as well as certain aspects of jurisprudence regarding this question,\r\nspecifically about the fundamental premise that drug addiction or addiction are not impediments\r\nfor making a will.
